2) Remove any excess lipstick on the applicator by swiping it onto the sides of the bottle.
3) Apply a thin layer of lipstick onto your lips evenly.
4) Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes for the lipstick to dry completely. Open your mouth slightly while waiting to allow the lipstick on the inner corners of your mouth to dry.
5) When the lipstick dries down to a velvety matte finish, it will be waterproof and transfer-proof!
