We make it a point that you enjoy every moment with us, whether you’re ordering a product or returning an item.

That’s why we promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and customer experience! That said, here are some things you might want to know:

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. In fact, most items are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at hello@havenlyn.com within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, your order will be accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

All orders canncellation will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 7% of order amount, or $5.95 USD, whichever is higher.

 

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following our return policy below.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our product and honestly believe it is the best on the market. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eligible item to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund will no longer be possible.

If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

 

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only items purchased directly from Havenlyn.com are accepted for returns. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM

We will only accept returns for eligible items by mail.

1. Contact us regarding your eligible item via email at hello@havenlyn.com or our contact form.

2. Send us a photo of the item - your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be in the original packaging and it must have all original tags attached.

3. Once we determined that the item is eligible for return we will provide the return address. Please do not use the address found on the package of the item as that is not the correct return address.

4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). You may ship the item back using any shipping carrier of your choice. To ensure a pleasant experience, we highly advise using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

 

Take Note

Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.

We will only refund the purchase price of the item. All shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are non refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item for assistance with a return or replacement.


Lost Damaged by Postal Service

We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email ( 6 weeks for international ), please contact us at hello@havenlyn.com and we will be happy to check what had caused the delay of shipment. Thank you for understanding this.


Returned Mail

If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.


Refused/Unclaimed Mail

If delivery is refused by the recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
